Product Manager (NTR Self-Service and Data Provisioning)

We are looking for a colleague who:

• would prepare a roadmap for NTR self-service and NTR data provision (i.e. RC_broker services, registered users and market transactions) and coordinate its implementation;
• would collect, analyze and implement the needs of users and stakeholders from an idea to a real solution;
• would improve NTR self-service services, developing them in such a way as to make them as user-friendly as possible;
• improve NTR data provision services, data and their flows, look for efficiency and improvement opportunities;
• analyze NTR self-service and data provision services, data and their flows, look for efficiency and improvement opportunities;
• assess NTR self-service and data provision functionalities and data, aiming to ensure their compliance with legal acts, processes and technical requirements;
• plan and coordinate NTR self-service and data provision maintenance work, ensuring stable operation.

In short — you will be responsible for the entire product life cycle: from idea to value creation for the user.

In this position, we value:

• higher education or equivalent;
• at least 1 year of work experience with information systems;
• knowledge of product and service lifecycle management;
• ability to prioritize product development based on data, market trends and customer needs;
• ability to analyze and model business processes;
• excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (written and oral) and English language proficiency at B1 level;
• curiosity, analytical thinking and ability to find solutions;
• practical experience in Agile, JIRA, Confluence (advantage).

Salary:

• 2,800 - 4,200 €/month. without tax deductions. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
