Responsibilities after joining the team:
- Development and expansion of the secondary raw material flow in local and international markets.
- Management of the entire product life chain: from raw material collection, cooperation with production to the sale of the final product.
- Continuous market analysis, assessment of the competitive environment and trends, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions to ensure the attraction of secondary raw material flows, effective product sales and development of new business opportunities.
- Strategic monitoring, analysis of performance results and key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiating decisions to increase operational efficiency.
- Cooperation with sales, production, operations and other internal teams.
Experience and qualities that will allow you to succeed:
- You have experience in strategic business management; work experience in the secondary raw materials product development or processing sector would be an advantage.
- You have successfully introduced products to the market and developed their positioning strategies.
- You have strong analytical skills, are able to analyze market information, identify growth opportunities and make data-based decisions.
- You have excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
