Are you ready to create products for the most demanding buyer in Europe?
We are KomfortKissen – a rapidly growing e-commerce player, successfully established in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
Our category – sleep quality (mattresses, toppers, pillows, textiles).
In the DACH market, “good” is not enough. Only those whose products are impeccable win here. That is why we are looking for a Head of Product who has the ambition to create the best product line in the DACH region.
This is not a “purchasing manager” position. You will not have to worry about logistics. Your focus is on the DNA and quality of the product
German Standard: Develop products that meet the strict quality requirements of the DACH market and reduce returns.
Private Label Management: Prepare technical specifications for factories in Asia / Europe.
Hero Product Development: Analyze our best-sellers and customer feedback.
Innovation: Monitor global sleep market trends and suggest what our next best-seller will be.

What we expect:
Experience: Experience in developing physical products (home textiles, furniture, sleepwear are an advantage).
Understanding the Asian market: You know how the Private Label model works, you know how to "press" factories for quality.
Customer feedback: You understand that a 4.8/5 rating is vital in the German market, and you know how to achieve it through the product.
Analytical + Creative thinking: You are able to combine technical knowledge (materials, certificates) with business mathematics.
English: Fluent technical language is required for communication with partners.
Understanding the Asian market: You know how the Private Label model works, you know how to "press" factories for quality.
Customer feedback: You understand that a 4.8/5 rating is vital in the German market, and you know how to achieve it through the product.
