- UAB „Baltik vairas“
Nature of work
- Manage assigned clients' projects and their product development processes
- Coordinate the development of new bicycle models from concept, prototype to serial production
- Prepare, update and maintain technical product documentation (specifications, drawings, BOM, instructions)
- Collaborate with customers and component suppliers, coordinating technical solutions and product specifications
- Resolve technical issues arising during production, participate in the assembly of test models
- Identify and initiate opportunities for improving product quality and production processes
Employee requirements
- Higher education in engineering or other technical field
- Experience in managing or participating in product development projects
- Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
- Very good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Interest in technology, innovation and product development, preferably in the bicycle market
