- UAB „Baltik vairas“
Nature of work
- Manage assigned customer projects and their product development processes;
- Coordinate the development of new bicycle models from concept, prototype to serial production;
- Prepare, update and maintain technical product documentation (specifications, drawings, BOM, instructions);
- Collaborate with customers and component suppliers, coordinating technical solutions and product specifications;
- Resolve technical issues arising during production, participate in the assembly of test models;
- Identify and initiate opportunities for improving product quality and production processes.
Employee requirements
- Education in engineering or other technical field;
- Experience in managing and/or participating in product development projects;
- English (B2 level or higher);
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes;
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions;
- Interest in technology, innovation and product development.
