About the position
We invite you to join the Baltik vairas team and contribute to the development of bicycles - from the client's idea to the product ready for production.
In this position, you will combine technical work and coordination of client projects: 50% of your working time will be devoted to technical and engineering tasks - preparation of technical drawings and documentation, and the remaining 50% - to coordination of assigned client projects, communication with clients, coordination of their needs, product specifications and technical solutions.

Primary responsibilities
- Manage projects for assigned clients and coordinate the product development process;
- Communicate directly with clients, analyze their needs and coordinate product specifications and technical solutions;
- Design and construct products and their components using CAD programs, prepare, check and adjust technical drawings and other product documentation, ensure their suitability for production;
- Collaborate with component suppliers and colleagues, coordinate technical solutions and their implementation;
- Participate in the assembly of test models, analyze and resolve technical and quality issues arising during production;
- Identify and initiate opportunities for improving product quality and production processes.
Employee requirements
- Technical or engineering education;
- Ability to work with CAD design programs (AutoCAD, Inventor or others);
- Experience working with technical documentation and ERP systems;
- Knowledge of production processes and technical documentation;
- Experience participating in product development projects;
- English language skills at B2 level or higher;
- Ability to plan work, independently solve technical problems and make decisions within the limits of one's competence.
