About the company:
We are looking for a Product Development Manager who will be responsible for preparing an already created product for the market, its introduction and further development in Lithuania and foreign markets.
This position will require not only understanding the product, but also seeing its commercial potential: identifying markets and customers, shaping product positioning, looking for partners and contributing to product sales and growth internationally.
This is an independent position for someone who is able to analyze, make decisions and move from an idea to a real result.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze Lithuanian and foreign markets, competitors and customer needs, identify new product growth opportunities;
- Coordinate product launch, shape its positioning, pricing and commercial strategy;
- Search and develop relationships with foreign customers, distributors, partners and suppliers;
- Cooperate with sales and marketing teams, coordinate product preparation for different markets;
- Analyze product results, sales and profitability and initiate further product development and expansion.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 3 years of experience in product development, product management, category management, business development, export, purchasing or similar field;
- Experience in introducing products to the market and/or developing new markets;
- Experience in working with foreign customers, partners or suppliers;
- Ability to analyze the market, competition, pricing and product profitability;
- Commercial negotiation and business development skills;
- Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility for the result;
- Analytical thinking, initiative and strong result orientation;
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- Ability to work independently and coordinate several processes at the same time.
- Experience in the field of windows, construction, security, defense or similar technical products would be a great advantage.

- €1900–2200 in hand, depending on experience and competencies;
