We are currently recruiting a Product Group Analyst to join our team, who will be responsible for managing the product group assigned to him/her – from assortment development and communication with suppliers to supply planning and public procurement.

Nature of work:
- You will form, manage and expand the assortment of the assigned product group;
- You will communicate with existing and potential suppliers, look for new products and supply opportunities;
- You will negotiate with suppliers on product prices, supply conditions, terms and other commercial conditions;
- You will plan product orders and ensure uninterrupted supply of products;
- You will analyze sales, demand and stocks, take care of the optimal balance of goods in the warehouse;
- You will analyze the market, competitive environment and product group development opportunities;
- You will prepare proposals for public procurement;
- You will cooperate with sales, logistics, warehouse and other company departments to ensure a smooth supply process;
- If necessary, participate in meetings and visits to customers;
- You will delve into the specifics of the assigned product group and be able to consult colleagues and customers on product issues;
Requirements:
- Higher or higher education;
- Similar work experience in the field of supply, product management, purchasing or sales would be an advantage;
- Good written and oral English skills (not lower than B2 level);
- Good computer skills, especially when working with MS Excel;
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with larger amounts of data;
- Ability to plan your work, manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, initiative and result orientation;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Category B driver's license.
