Nature of work
Preparation of annual sales, marketing and business development plans and ensuring their implementation;
Visiting veterinary clinics, building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients;
Setting strategic brand priorities and identifying growth opportunities;
Formulating, managing and monitoring the effectiveness of pricing strategy;
Planning, coordinating and analyzing the results of promotions and other sales promotion initiatives;
Organizing product training for veterinary specialists and team members;
Analysis of sales, marketing activities and other performance indicators and regular reporting;
Analysis of market, competitor and customer needs, providing insights for business decisions;
Organizing and coordinating seminars, conferences, exhibitions and other business development projects;
Effective cooperation with suppliers, partners and internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation of projects.

Employee requirements
You have a higher education (a veterinary education would be considered a great advantage);
You have accumulated at least 2 years of experience in brand development, active sales, business development or a similar field;
You are characterized by analytical thinking and are able to work effectively with large amounts of data, analyze them and make data-based decisions;
You have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
You are fluent in English, both spoken and written (at least C1 level);
You are proactive, responsible, focused on results and continuous improvement of your activities;
You are able to independently plan your activities, set priorities and take responsibility for the decisions you make;
You have excellent time planning and work organization skills;
You have a valid category B driver's license and are ready to go to meetings and business trips.
