- At least 3 years of successful experience in the field of purchasing/commerce (you know how to make a good deal)
- Hard work, motivation and desire to achieve the highest results
- Excellent negotiation, analytical and organizational skills (you are a strategist)
- You are not a newcomer to the coffee market
- Higher education (economics, management, business administration)
- You speak and write English fluently (other languages are an additional asset)
Your mission:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners/suppliers
- Conduct negotiations, taking into account market dynamics and financial goals
- Search for innovative solutions and new product development opportunities
- Form pricing and product assortment
- Promote business development at the level of each partner/supplier
- Be an ambassador for our products and represent various stakeholders
