NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME HERE:
- One day you will be looking for what can become "that" product in the market, the next - you will strengthen the positions of existing brands, negotiate with international suppliers and make decisions that strengthen the category and create commercial value;
- From idea to shelf - you will be the connecting link between data, processes, partners and the end user, ensuring that good products turn into good results;
- You will shape the assortment and pricing, seeking a balance between consumer needs, brand value and commercial efficiency;
- You will analyze the market, competitor solutions and trends to discover new growth opportunities.
COUNT HOW MANY TIMES YOU'VE THOUGHT "THIS IS ABOUT ME":
- Product development is a familiar territory for you (at least 2 years of experience in commerce or purchasing);
- Your solutions have been creating value for some time, now it's time for them to shape the market;
- You communicate fluently in English - both in meetings and in emails (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
- Analytical thinking You value more than numbers, and partnership is a long-term relationship, more than one successful deal;
- You are constantly looking for ways to do better - for yourself, the team and the product;
- And yes, a category B driver's license will also come in handy.
