Product Group Manager

Klaipėda - UAB „Atticae“

Your responsibilities:

  • You will form and implement the product category strategy and manage SKU development plans.
  • You will coordinate the new product development process - from idea to product launch.
  • You will prioritize the product portfolio, ensuring its competitiveness and the implementation of business goals.
  • You will create product value propositions and participate in the formation of their communication concepts.
  • You will be responsible for product positioning and pricing decisions.
  • You will analyze product profitability, control gross and contribution margin (Gross / Contribution Margin) and initiate corrective actions.
  • You will prepare product presentations to customers, B2B catalogs and training for the sales team.
  • You will coordinate licensed product projects in cooperation with partners and internal teams.

We hope you:

  • You have a higher education in marketing, business management, economics or a similar field.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in product, category or brand management.
  • You have experience in the FMCG sector (food industry experience is an advantage).
  • You know the principles of product development, pricing and product life cycle management.
  • You are able to analyze business indicators and make data-based decisions.
  • You are excellent at managing projects, are able to coordinate the work of different departments and cooperate effectively.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and have a good command of English.
