Product Group Manager – work in Baku, Azerbaijan! (NO REMOTE WORK POSSIBILITY).
We are looking for a Product Group Manager to join the team in Azerbaijan. Field - procurement of secondary raw materials (catalysts and electronic scrap).

Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a Product Group Manager to join the team in Azerbaijan. Field - procurement of secondary raw materials (catalysts and electronic scrap).
If you have experience in business development, are able to effectively manage processes and are passionate about achieving results, this job is for you!
Main responsibilities:
- Business development and strategic management in the Azerbaijani markets.
- Communication and negotiations with customers and partners.
- Delegation, coordination and optimization of team work.
- Market analysis, competitor monitoring and providing insights to management.
- Cooperation with state institutions, ensuring compliance of processes with local requirements.
Requirements:
- Similar work experience is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Russian (oral and written).
- Good (B1-B2 level) knowledge of English.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to quickly navigate new situations, receptive to new knowledge.
- Responsibility, organization and ability to make decisions independently.
- Experience in communicating with international partners and state institutions is an advantage.
