Nature of work
- Preparation, maintenance and coordination of product specifications
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation for new and existing products
- Administration of customer private label layouts and labels
- Search for new packaging solutions and flavors and support of communication with suppliers.
- Administration of product samples and calculation of related costs.
- Performance of market and competitor analysis.
- Support of cross-functional projects and participation in new product development activities.
- Cooperation with the R&D (Technology) department in organizing testing of new products and raw materials
- Organization of product tastings, collection, analysis and documentation of tasting results.
Employee requirements
- At least 2-3 years of successful work experience in product management or B2B/B2C.
- Excellent skills in working with project management systems (e.g. Asana, Jira, Monday) and CRM or similar tools.
- Experience in administering digital marketing channels and analyzing key indicators (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills, detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and good command of English (written and spoken), allowing for fluent communication in a business environment.
