We are inviting a Product Group Manager to join our team – an proactive, commercially minded and results-oriented person who will take care of the brands entrusted to him, their growth and strengthening in the market.
This position combines commerce, marketing, sales, finance and communication with international partners. You will have the opportunity to independently make decisions, propose ideas and see their results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will represent the assigned brand(s) in the Lithuanian and foreign markets, take care of their growth and strengthening;
- You will form and implement brand promotion, marketing and sales promotion initiatives;
- You will analyze the market, competitors, consumer trends and look for new business opportunities;
- You will initiate and coordinate sales promotion campaigns and evaluate their results;
- You will participate in negotiations with customers and seek mutually beneficial cooperation solutions;
- You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers in Lithuania and abroad;
- You will organize and participate in meetings and visits to customers and suppliers in Lithuania and abroad;
- You will prepare proposals, ideas and recommendations for managers that contribute to the growth of brands;
- You will take care of the preparation and updating of relevant information and promotional materials about brands;
- You will ensure a consistent and professional image of the brands you represent in the Lithuanian market and in the eyes of foreign partners.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Higher education in management, business administration or a related field;
- Several years of successful work experience in management, commerce, administration or a similar field;
- Experience in a wholesale or retail company would be a great advantage;
- Very good MS Office skills, especially when working with Excel;
- Excellent written and oral English;
- Ability to analyze information, see opportunities and make decisions;
- Independence, responsibility and result orientation;
- Initiative - we care not only about what you do, but also about what ideas you propose;
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients, partners and colleagues.
