UAB Onninen is a long-standing engineering solutions and technical wholesale company in Lithuania, part of the international Kesko group. The company supplies electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment to professionals – contractors, installers and construction companies. Onninen is distinguished by a wide range of products, a modern logistics system and a focus on customer needs. We are currently looking to recruit a Product Group Development Manager to join our team, who would help us grow even further: actively expand our customer base, build sustainable relationships and implement business development goals.
Your responsibilities:
- Active search for new business clients and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing partners
- Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts
- Product presentation, provision of consultations and assistance to clients in choosing the best solutions
- Implementation of sales strategy, analysis of results and provision of proposals for efficiency
- Cooperation with suppliers and colleagues to ensure high-quality service provision
- Control of client settlements and development of long-term cooperative relationships
What we expect:
- Successful B2B sales experience (experience in the workwear and/or construction tools product sector is mandatory)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently plan time, make decisions and achieve set goals
- Product knowledge or interest in this area
- Driving license (category B)
- Result orientation, responsibility and desire for continuous improvement
