Nature of work
- Perform EMEA (Engineering Manufacturing Evaluation & Approval) processes for new or modified products and components:
- Perform first assembly inspections, document observations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality, supply and technical documentation teams throughout the FMEA process.
- Analyze and optimize assembly processes (incubators, CO₂ systems, PCB sub-assembly, etc.).
- Create and maintain work instructions, process standards (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
- Participate in the introduction of new products or modifications (NPI/ECN) process - from the first prototype to full integration into production.
- Prepare workplace installation standards, tool and template selection and ergonomic layout (according to 5S and Lean).
- Perform technical problem analysis, root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with quality, supply chain, service and R&D departments on technical solutions and problem solving.
- Lead small-scale process improvement (Kaizen) projects.
- Prepare specifications for production equipment orders, participate in their installation and start-up.
- Contribute to the development of operator training content and technical knowledge transfer.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical (engineering, electronics, mechanics) education.
- Experience in manufacturing or production engineering is an advantage.
- Knowledge of LEAN, 5S, ISO 13485 or other quality standards is a great advantage.
- Understanding of EMEA or other engineering implementation processes would be an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Very good skills in working with Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team and solve problems quickly.
- English language skills (technical documentation and communication with an international team).
