We are looking for a responsible and systematic Product Engineer whose daily life will revolve around managing technical data in the ERP system and administering customer orders. If you like accuracy, working with technical data and systematizing processes in a production environment - this position is for you. You will be the important link that will ensure that customer orders and engineering solutions are transformed into accurate data for production.
Nature of work
- Continuous work in the ERP system: entering and maintaining new product cards (products), production specifications (BOM), technological cards and assemblies;
- Updating technical information and managing changes in the ERP system (in response to changes in drawings, components or production processes);
- Analyzing technical data in the system to ensure the accuracy of information and avoid errors in the production chain;
- Receiving new customer inquiries and orders, technical assessment and their preparation (entry) for production through the ERP system;
- Close cooperation with designers, purchasing and sales departments, ensuring that all departments work with correct and up-to-date product data;
- Participation in the ERP system improvement, data entry optimization and automation processes.
Employee requirements
- You have an engineering, technical or exact sciences education;
- You have practical experience working with business management (ERP) systems in a manufacturing company (information entry, parameter changes, maintenance);
- You are distinguished by exceptional thoroughness, attention to detail and enjoy working with data systematically;
- You are able to understand and analyze technical information (drawings, specifications) and accurately transfer it to the system;
- You have good computer skills and quickly understand new programs;
- You are able to analyze orders, identify discrepancies and independently find solutions;
- You are responsible and understand that the smooth progress of the entire production depends on the correct entry of your data.
