Nature of work
- coordinate new product and packaging development projects;
- design and coordinate product and packaging solutions;
- organize the design and production of new boxes, labels and other packaging;
- cooperate with designers, laboratory, purchasing, production departments;
- initiate and implement packaging improvement projects;
- communicate with packaging suppliers, coordinate technical solutions, cooperate with printing houses, organize packaging production;
- select the most suitable packaging materials and solutions;
- participate in the development of new product ranges and candy sets;
- coordinate changes in labeling, design and packaging.
Employee requirements
- higher education;
- you are able to plan and coordinate several projects at the same time;
- you are creative, organized, responsible and diligent;
- you are able to analyze the situation and make decisions;
- you have good communication skills;
- you are motivated, active and determined to integrate into a new activity and team;
- you work well with MS Office programs.
- experience in product development, packaging design;
- experience in collaborating with printing houses or packaging suppliers;
- project management experience in a manufacturing company.
