About us:
EPS LT, UAB is a payment technology company operating in the Baltic States and expanding internationally. We develop payment terminal software and hardware, connect merchants with banks and financial institutions, offer SoftPOS, corporate and gift card solutions, health insurance services and payment-related products. The company employs about 60 people, and our solutions are administered and updated remotely – geography does not limit us.

About the position:
The Product Team Leader will be responsible for the entire product portfolio of the Company – from bank card services and SoftPOS to corporate cards and health insurance solutions. He/she will lead a team of 4-5 product managers and a business analyst, implement Agile working methodology and become the main link between product vision, IT development and sales.
This is an independent position, reporting directly to the Company CEO with significant influence on the direction of product development – and the opportunity to actually shape processes, not just follow them.

What you will do:
- You will create product management processes, methodology and KPI system from the ground up, adapted to the Company's products
- You will lead the product management team, setting clear, measurable goals
- Together with product managers, you will form and support the vision and roadmap of each product, aligned with the Company's strategy
- During the first three months, you will develop a decision-making procedure that defines which decisions the product team makes independently
- You will be responsible for the cost efficiency of product development and support, working together with IT managers
- You will introduce modern, efficiency-enhancing tools to the team, including artificial intelligence (AI) solutions
- You will work closely with sales, IT development, help desk and CISO/SOC teams
- You will participate in the activities of the Company's management team and contribute to the formation of strategy.
What to expect:
- At least 5 years of experience in a Head of Product or similar position
- Experience in developing and implementing Agile (Scrum, Kanban) processes in an organization
- Experience in leading a team of product managers and/or business analysts
- Ability to define and apply KPIs to evaluate the performance of product teams
- Ability to use and introduce modern, efficiency-enhancing tools to the team, including AI solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills - ability to influence teams without being their direct manager
- Analytical thinking and ability to balance business needs with technological limitations
- Very good oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Advantage - experience in the field of financial technologies, payments or related IT services.
