Product Support Engineer

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Improve existing products by initiating and implementing design changes.
• Design product prototypes and prepare and administer information necessary for production in the ERP system.
• Prepare and update production, assembly drawings and other technical documentation for products.
• Analyze technical problems, identify their causes and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the product development team, production, quality, purchasing departments and suppliers, ensuring smooth product support and implementation of changes.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Higher or higher education in mechanics, industry, manufacturing, product engineering or other technical field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of product design, product support or production engineering.
• Ability to analyze technical problems and propose design solutions.
• Experience working with the SolidWorks program.
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings.
• Ability to physically assemble furniture.
• Good knowledge of English (for reading technical documentation and communicating with suppliers or partners).

ADVANTAGE:

• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or another ERP system.
• Experience in project management.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €12.22 - €18.14/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 2039 - 3026 €/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
