Nature of work
- Customer Search: You will actively seek out new customers and take care of existing partners.
- Product Presentation: You will professionally present and sell the company's range.
- Consulting: You will help customers find the best solutions in feed and livestock issues.
- Relationship Building: You will build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Process Management: You will coordinate orders and administer sales processes.
- International Environment: You will work with both Lithuanian and foreign customers and partners.
- Market Monitoring: You will analyze customer needs and competitor actions.
Employee requirements
- Have a degree in veterinary, animal husbandry, agriculture or a related field.
- You speak and write English fluently (this is one of the most important requirements for this position).
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are responsible, independent and proactive.
- Have a category B driver's license.
- Sales experience is a great advantage, but we also welcome motivated beginners who want to grow!
