Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Product Manager to the Artea bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will cooperate with other bank departments responsible for lending to business customers, credit risk assessment and management and implement the needs agreed upon between all interested parties;
- You will be responsible for transferring business customers’ credit risk management requirements to the bank’s processes, internal documents and information systems;
- You will participate in the largest program of the bank and contribute to a significant transformation of the bank;
- You will ensure compliance with legal acts and the implementation of new regulatory changes;
- You will represent the bank in cooperation with supervisory authorities.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Understanding how the business and its lending processes work;
- Knowledge of supervisory requirements for credit risk assessment and management, experience in developing customer credit risk assessment (rating) and management (Early Warning Indicators) processes would be a great advantage;
- Experience in developing and implementing information systems;
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to take ownership;
- Project management and collaboration skills with various teams;
- Very good knowledge of English.
