IN DAILY ACTIVITIES:
- You will be responsible for the development of the product group of the represented manufacturer - from strategic decisions to the implementation of commercial terms;
- You will initiate and strengthen the value of P&G brands, shape the assortment, promote sales development and ensure profitability;
- You will make decisions on the introduction of new products and their successful establishment in the Baltic markets;
- You will form pricing, focusing on value creation and commercial efficiency;
- You will analyze market dynamics and competitor solutions, identifying new opportunities.
WE HOPE THAT:
- You can already indicate at least 2 years of experience in product development in your resume;
- You speak and write English fluently;
- You have a university or higher education (economics or management is an advantage), but you understand that professional growth is a continuous process;
- You are able to adapt to the situation - by taking the initiative and leading the process or strengthening the team through focused cooperation;
- You communicate confidently, analyze purposefully and negotiate so that partnerships work not only today, but also tomorrow;
- You have a category B driver's license and comply with the rules of the Road Traffic Act.
