- will manage the P&G product group entrusted to you - from strategic decisions to the implementation of commercial conditions;
- will create brand growth plans, develop the assortment and look for new opportunities to increase sales and profitability;
- will make decisions on the introduction of new products and their success in the Baltic markets;
- will form pricing that would create value for both the customer and the business;
- will analyze the market, competitors and consumer behavior to be one step ahead.
WE ARE MOST LIKELY TALKING ABOUT YOU IF:
- product development is not new territory for you (you have been producing results in it for at least 2 years);
- you communicate confidently in English both in meetings and in emails;
- you constantly develop your competencies, and you consider education only as a solid foundation;
- you are not afraid of responsibility, you like to have influence, not just complete tasks;
- you base decisions on data, and you create partnerships using strong negotiation skills;
- you think not about one quarter, but about long-term brand growth;
- and yes, a category B driver's license will also come in handy.
