NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Product Manager, whose purpose is to ensure the development of product projects, implementing the product vision and strategy within the set project time and within budget.

Average monthly wage: 3103 - 3972 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Product Manager, whose purpose is to ensure the development of product projects, implementing the product vision and strategy within the set project time and within budget.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:
- Initiate, plan and implement new product development and launch projects.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, production, supply and marketing teams to ensure the smoothest possible product introduction.
- Take care of the product life cycle: from introduction to withdrawal from the market.
- Analyze market trends and competing solutions, provide ideas for product renewal.
- Ensure successful positioning of the product in the market: pricing, image, communication.
- Ensure smooth information flow and effective solutions throughout the product development process.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:
- At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, brand manager or similar position (advantage - manufacturing or furniture sector).
- Project management and team coordination skills, ability to work independently.
- Analytical thinking, ability to assess product effectiveness, pricing, competitive environment and customer needs.
- Experience in pricing and product positioning.
- Clear presentation of ideas, ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
- Ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
