NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Product Manager, whose purpose is to ensure the development of product projects, implementing the product vision and strategy within the set project time and within budget.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Initiate, plan and implement new product development and launch projects.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, production, supply and marketing teams to ensure the smoothest possible product introduction.
• Take care of the product life cycle: from introduction to withdrawal from the market.
• Analyze market trends and competing solutions, provide ideas for product renewal.
• Ensure successful positioning of the product in the market: pricing, image, communication.
• Ensure smooth information flow and effective solutions throughout the product development process.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager, brand manager or similar position (advantage - manufacturing or furniture sector).
• Project management and team coordination skills, ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking, ability to assess product effectiveness, pricing, competitive environment and customer needs.
• Experience in pricing and product positioning.
• Clear presentation of ideas, ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Good knowledge of English (min. B2 level).
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and make decisions in a dynamic environment.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 18.60-23.81 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 3103 - 3972 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative working time accounting.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
