Main responsibilities:
- Develop the service portfolio of passenger stations and other real estate managed by the company, taking into account the regulated and commercial services provided by the company
- Develop and implement a strategy for the implementation of passenger stations and other real estate related to the company, in order to increase the value and income created by the assets
- Coordinate commercial space rental and implementation projects from idea to implementation and ensure that the implementation projects comply with legal acts and organizational goals
- Cooperate with municipalities, businesses, communities and other interested parties in developing projects for stations and their territories and other real estate
- Manage the budgets, deadlines, risks of assigned projects and ensure the achievement of the expected results
- Prepare service descriptions and all accompanying service documentation, including service provision processes, training, instructions
- Conduct market analysis, monitor real estate and commercial service trends, identify new business opportunities
- Cooperate with internal departments, coordinating technical, legal, commercial and operational issues
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in engineering, real estate project management or a related field)
- Work experience in the real estate project management, infrastructure or construction sector
- Experience working with projects of national importance or public infrastructure (an advantage)
- Ability to coordinate design processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality standards
- Ability to prepare and manage project budgets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work with various partners and institutions
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
