Monthly salary: €2,610.00 - €3,910.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Develop product and service strategy, initiate and coordinate the development and implementation of new products and services
- Manage product and service portfolio and quality, set development priorities and ensure value created for customers and the company
- Perform financial, economic and social assessment of products and services, provide data-based insights and proposals
- Develop and improve product and service delivery processes and related documentation
- Set, monitor and manage product and service performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify new partnership and revenue growth opportunities and implement their development plans
- Coordinate procurement necessary for product and service development and execution of related contracts
- Initiate and coordinate product and service development initiatives and projects, ensuring the achievement of set goals
- Coordinate the activities of different teams, combining commercial, technological, legal, operational and customer experience aspects
- Cooperate with partners, government institutions and other stakeholders in product and service development issues
- Actively participate in strategic company initiatives and ensure effective cross-functional cooperation
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (preferably in the field of technology/social/economic sciences)
- Work experience in product/service/project management and/or development
- Experience in product development in the passenger transport sector would be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial/economic/social product/service indicators and economic analysis
- Ability to coordinate product life cycle processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget and quality standards
- Excellent Microsoft Office program management skills, experience working with project management tools (MS Project or similar)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to reconcile complex interests
- Fluent Lithuanian, English
