Today, we invite a Product Manager to join the Artea bankas team, who would contribute to the development and improvement of credit risk management solutions. In this position, you will have the opportunity to apply your experience in improving lending processes and systems, finding solutions that meet business needs and credit risk requirements. You will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams of the Bank and contribute to significant changes in the field of credit risk.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will be responsible for the development, maintenance and improvement of credit risk solutions, combining business needs, credit risk requirements and technological solutions;
• I will shape the development direction, initiate and coordinate the creation and improvement of credit risk processes, functionalities and systemic solutions;
• I will cooperate with business, Credit Risk, IT, Legal, Compliance and other teams, translating needs into specific implementable solutions;
• You will prepare business requirements, assess the impact of changes on lending processes and coordinate their implementation;
• I will analyze credit risk processes and indicators and initiate solutions that help manage credit risk more effectively;
• I will participate in strategic transformation projects of the Bank related to the modernization of lending and credit risk processes and systems;
• I will ensure that the implemented solutions meet the Bank's needs, internal requirements and regulatory changes;
• I will represent the area in working groups and cooperate with key stakeholders.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Experience working with credit risk, lending or financing processes in a financial institution;
• Good knowledge of credit risk assessment and management principles and lending processes;
• Ability to understand complex business and risk needs and translate them into clear process or system changes;
• Experience in implementing process or system transformation projects, digitalization or automation initiatives;
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business, Risk, IT and other teams;
• Strong ownership, initiative and result orientation;
• Analytical and structured thinking and the ability to make decisions in complex situations;
• Excellent knowledge of English.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 3500.00 to 5100.00 EUR excluding taxes.
