What will your day look like:
- You will be responsible for managing the categories of handbags, garden, heating, marking tools, fasteners and workwear - including strategy development, market research, assortment selection, quality documents, sales promotion, discrepancy resolution and information management in the system.
- You will ensure smooth work with existing suppliers and search for new suppliers in order to expand the assortment and improve our customer experience.
- You will develop and manage pricing strategy, conduct market research and implement pricing changes.
- You will organize and conduct product group training for company employees, share your knowledge and insights.
- You will initiate and manage various promotions aimed at increasing sales and product awareness.
- You will cooperate with sales managers, who will transfer individual customer requests and search for specific products from suppliers when the desired products are not in the existing assortment.

- Has at least 2 years of work experience in a commercial or similar field.
- You are an excellent negotiator and are able to communicate effectively and justify your ideas with arguments.
- You have excellent oral and written English skills (knowledge of Russian would be an advantage).
- Has strong time planning and analysis skills, able to organize large amounts of information.
- You are not afraid of responsibility and boldly take new initiatives.
- You are an organized, proactive, creative and curious person for whom the result is important.
- You are interested in tools, their accessories or fasteners (advantage).

- Monthly salary of 2400 – 2800 Eur before taxes. The specific salary will be offered to the selected candidate taking into account his/her skills and competence.
