We are currently looking for someone who would become an ambassador for DCK, one of the fastest growing professional power tool brands in the Baltic States - to introduce tools to customers, share technical knowledge and help ensure the highest level of after-sales service.

What will your day look like:
- Organize and conduct demonstrations of DCK power tools for customers in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia with a specially equipped demonstration electric vehicle.
- Present the advantages, functions and practical use of DCK products.
- Administer warranty and post-warranty cases of DCK tool failures.
- Perform initial fault diagnostics and coordinate the repair process.
- Perform simple tool repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Cooperate with the DCK manufacturer in resolving technical issues.

- You are communicative and enjoy communicating with customers.
- You are able to present products clearly and understandably to the audience
- You know English, both spoken and written.
- You have a category B driver's license.
- You are ready for regular business trips in the Baltic States.
- You have experience in the field of service, maintenance, repair or tools (an advantage).
- You have experience in conducting training or demonstrations (an advantage).

- Monthly salary of 2600 – 3200 Eur before taxes with bonuses for achieved results.
