Product Development Engineer

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Product Development Engineer whose role is to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality development of assigned products by implementing technical solutions in accordance with company processes and applying the most advanced technologies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Create and develop soft benches
• Apply technical solutions so that products meet the requirements of the best price-quality ratio
• Design product prototypes and prepare information for production in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system
• Improve existing products, introduce innovations
• Prepare production and assembly drawings and other technical information for products
• Ensure smooth project development from idea to production
• Collaborate with the product development team, foreign designers and suppliers

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Excellent SolidWorks skills and the ability to work with 3D shapes of complex geometry
• Understanding how to prepare component and product assembly drawings
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (B2)
• Analytical thinking, initiative and organizational skills

ADVANTAGE:

• Experience in designing or manufacturing seating furniture
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or another ERP system
• Knowledge in sofa production
• Experience in project management

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 12.22 - 22.1 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly salary: 2039 - 3687 €/month excluding taxes, depending on actual hours worked.

The organization uses a cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
