We are currently looking for a Product Development Team Leader who would lead the product team, shape the development direction of the main products and at the same time actively work on the most important product topics.
This is not just a team leader position - we are looking for someone who wants to be close to the product, customers and real business problems.

Your responsibilities:
- Lead the product development team, set its priorities, develop team members and ensure clear responsibility for individual products.
- Form and coordinate the development direction of the main Venipak products in the Baltics, ensure their mutual compatibility.
- Be personally responsible for horizontal product themes - customer app, common user experience and solutions covering several products.
- Together with product managers, form product development plans, set priorities and make decisions where investments and IT resources would create the greatest value.
- Evaluate product results, profitability and economic feasibility, prepare business justification for new solutions and investments.
- Analyze customer needs, their behavior, market trends and the competitive environment and translate these insights into specific product solutions.
- Identify and monitor key product performance indicators, initiate actions to improve results.
- Ensure a consistent customer experience across Venipak products and channels.
- Work closely with commercial, operations, IT, finance, customer service and other teams, aligning business needs, customer experience, technology capabilities and product economics.
- Resolve priority and resource conflicts between different product initiatives and ensure a clear direction for product development.
What do we expect from you:
- Significant experience in product management, product development or similar.
- Experience in leading people and able to not only set the direction, but also develop independent product managers.
- Able to actively work with the product yourself - from understanding the problem and analyzing data to the solution, business justification and implementation.
- Understand the product life cycle, creating customer experiences and setting product development priorities.
- Able to assess the financial performance of the product, profitability, return on investment and make data-based decisions.
- Have strong analytical thinking and are able to break down a complex problem into clear solutions and priorities.
- Experience working with IT, operations, commerce and other teams when the result needs to be achieved without direct reporting.
- Able to make decisions independently, manage multiple priorities and take responsibility for the result.
- Work well with data and Excel, be able to prepare business analyses and base your recommendations on numbers.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in logistics, parcel delivery, e-commerce or technology services sectors would be an advantage.
