Nature of work
If you have experience in the dairy industry, are curious about scientific knowledge, innovations, and like to experiment, this is the place for you. You will be responsible for developing new products, improving recipes, adapting them, and implementing product development projects.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Developing new products and improving existing ones.
- Substantiating product use cases.
- Preparing technical information about the products being developed.
- Preparing product specifications, ensuring their compliance with EU legal requirements.
- Analyzing scientific and technical literature and market information, providing insights and recommendations.
- Planning, conducting, evaluating and documenting laboratory tests.
- Preparing laboratory samples of new products.
- Communicating with suppliers of ingredients and raw materials, assessing the properties and suitability of their proposed products.
- Close cooperation with other company departments (sales, production, quality).
Employee requirements
- Experience in the development or production of food products.
- Higher or higher education in the field of food technology; education in the field of dairy technology is an advantage.
- Ability to manage and systematize information, analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions.
- Ability to independently organize work, set priorities and manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Diligence, responsibility, attention to detail and result orientation.
- Good communication and cooperation skills, ability to work effectively with different departments of the company and external partners.
- Interest in food market trends, new technologies and product innovations.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and good computer skills.
