Nature of work
Daily communication with wholesale customers (pharmacy chains) and development of strategic relationships;
Work with the largest pharmacy and retail chains: coordination of assortment, pricing, promotions and commercial offers, conducting negotiations;
Coordination of new product introductions to the market and evaluation of results;
Supervision of product pricing, monitoring of the competitive environment and analysis of market trends;
Preparation of product assortment development proposals, monitoring product results and providing recommendations;
Coordination of new product introductions to the market in cooperation with marketing, supply and other internal teams;
Analysis of sales, market and customer data and providing recommendations;
Coordination of the activities of the product development team, setting priorities, training and ensuring results.

Employee requirements
Higher education (preferably in economics, management or similar field).
At least 3 years of experience working as a Key Account Manager or department head;
Excellent Excel skills;
Fluent Lithuanian (oral and written), excellent English skills;
Ability to quickly navigate, thoroughness and attention to detail.
Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data.
Responsibility, positive attitude and desire to improve.
Experience working with pharmacy chains would be an advantage.
