We are looking for a colleague who is ready to create and develop the company's life products:
- You will analyze and evaluate the insurance market, customer needs, available and existing products in the insurance market and identify new product development opportunities;
- You will initiate, coordinate and implement the development of new insurance products and changes to existing products by leading the product development team;
- You will cooperate with stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation;
- You will optimize the contract conclusion and administration processes, initiate and coordinate the development of necessary IT functionalities;
- You will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of insurance rules, product documentation and other related documents;
- You will evaluate product results, provide suggestions for their improvement and participate in shaping the direction of product development.
We hope that:
- You have a higher university education;
- You have experience in the life insurance market, you know and understand insurance products;
- You like to work in a team, communicate clearly, and reconcile the interests of different stakeholders;
- You have project management and analytical skills, the ability to set priorities;
- You have no shortage of energy and positivity when facing challenges;
- You are fluent in English.
