We are looking for a Product Development Manager who would take responsibility for the water chillers and heaters category. This is a position for someone who is interested not only in managing a product, but also in understanding how it works, what problem it solves and how to turn a technical need into a real, manufacturable solution.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
- Develop the product category of water chillers and heaters, taking into account market needs and production capabilities
- Deep into the product operating principles, technical parameters and application possibilities in various systems
- Consult the sales team on customer needs, technical solutions and implementation possibilities
- Evaluate whether a specific customer need can be implemented, what parameters are required and what solution is most suitable
- Contribute to the development of technical calculation tools and product selection solutions
- Monitor the market and suggest ways to expand the product portfolio and strengthen the export direction
- Cooperate directly with customers, suppliers and ensure the transfer of information between different teams of the company
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical background and willingness to delve into the product's operating principles and technical parameters
- Experience working with technical products, technical sales, product development or engineering solutions
- Ability to understand the client's problem and propose an appropriate technical solution, assessing parameters and production capabilities
- Understanding of ventilation, heating, cooling, air conditioning systems or a similar technical field
- English language skills - the product is oriented towards export markets
- Independence, analytical thinking and willingness to find solutions
