Occupational health specialist

To organize and ensure the planning and implementation control of mandatory employee health examinations.
To participate in the identification of occupational risk factors in workplaces and to organize work environment surveys.
To consult the employer and employees on issues of occupational safety, health, occupational diseases and accident prevention.
To prepare and implement health promotion programs and projects.
To develop and strengthen the company's occupational safety and health policy.
To use information technologies and databases effectively.
To cooperate smoothly with healthcare institutions and other institutions.

Higher education in the field of medicine. Your experience in occupational safety and health activities would be a great advantage;

Ability to assess the impact of occupational risk factors (chemical, physical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, etc.) on the health of employees;

Experience or readiness to participate in investigating the causes of occupational diseases and accidents at work;

Ability to provide first aid;

Initiative in improving work organization and creating a safe, healthy and positive work environment.

Fixed-term employment contract for a period of at least 1 year, replacing an employee during parental leave. After the replacement period ends, there is an opportunity to remain working at the Company, changing positions.
