proHAIR is a professional hair cosmetics company that cooperates with hairdressers and beauty salons. We are looking for a manager with active sales experience in Vilnius.
In this position, you will take care of existing customers, establish relationships with new salons and help beauty professionals choose the right products for their work.

Nature of work
- You will consult professional clients and help them choose the most suitable products.
- You will take care of existing clients, their orders and the growth of the product basket.
- You will actively search for new beauty salons and other professional clients in Vilnius and eastern Lithuania.
- You will present product news, promotions and professional hair care solutions.
- You will plan visits, track sales results and systematically record agreements.
What are we hoping for
- Active sales experience, including the search for new customers.
- Ability to identify customer needs, present proposals in a reasoned manner and conduct negotiations.
- Independence in planning work and responsibility for the implementation of agreements.
- Category B driver's license.
- Experience in the field of professional cosmetics or working with beauty salons would be an advantage. Own car is also an advantage.
