BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Coordination of internal and external programming teams and standardization of work methods;
- Creating the integrity of system architecture and technical solutions and forming long-term architectural directions;
- Planning and implementing modernization of legacy systems (refactoring, migrations, etc.);
- Increasing the maturity of programming processes (versioning, code review, CI/CD, documentation, testing, deployments);
- Setting KPIs and quality indicators and controlling their implementation (velocity, lead time, defect rate, etc.);
- Partner management, work compatibility and quality and commitment control;
- Planning programming work priorities, capacities and deadlines together with business customers;
- Escalation and resolution of technical incidents and problems, ensuring system stability;
- Formation and maintenance of documentation, technical specifications and knowledge base;
- Planning the IT budget for technologies, tools and quality assurance;
- Participation in strategic decisions regarding system evolution, modernization and integration.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in leading a team of programmers or at the technical lead/architect level;
- You have a strong understanding of programming and architectural solutions (PHP, Symfony, Sylius, MySQL and similar stack);
- You have experience in implementing programming process standards (CI/CD, code review, branching, testing, documentation);
- You have experience in managing third-party programming partners;
- You are able to plan capacities, deadlines and priorities and assess quality and results;
- You have critical, analytical and systematic thinking, result orientation and smooth operation;
- You are able to make technical decisions, argue architectural directions and work with management;
- You are able to work with business customers and create a common understanding of the value of solutions;
- You have good English language skills;
