Nature of work
- System installation in customer and internal environments;
- Implementation and maintenance of system version updates;
- Software configuration according to the instructions provided;
- Participation in data preparation and migration work;
- Initial diagnostics and resolution of technical problems;
- Consulting customers and colleagues on installation, update and usage issues;
- Documentation of installation and completed work;
- Cooperation with programmers, analysts and project managers.
Employee requirements
Required experience:
- Windows Server administration experience;
- Basic Linux administration knowledge;
- Understanding of Java and Apache Tomcat operating principles;
- Firebird DB installation and administration experience;
- Microsoft SQL Server installation and basic administration experience;
- Understanding of ODBC / JDBC connections;
- Ability to diagnose technical problems;
- Responsible approach to customer data security and documentation.
