In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. Our Programmatic Consultancy team takes on a hands-on approach to the success of our clients. While we guide them to improvements on a daily basis, we also look at the larger picture of the client‘s programmatic activities and guide them to attain not only KPIs but also their strategic goals, and are always on the lookout for new solutions to help the clients grow. In short, we are strategic consultants who plan clients' activities, encourage best practices, and help them learn.

- Own the success of the programmatic campaigns of key clients – starting from planning activities to consulting them regarding improvements and education regarding KPIs that will help them measure the success of their activities.
- Understand the client‘s goals and strategy and adapt it to our DSP.
- Address the performance of the client‘s programmatic campaigns, consult them on best practices and ways to improve activities.
- Deliver campaign results to clients using reporting solutions and your people skills to ensure their knowledge of the activities and ways to progress towards success.
- Consult and mentor your colleagues regarding programmatic best practices and use your expertise to guide them.
- Use your expertise to drive or contribute to strategic projects.

- Full proficiency in the English language.
- Programmatic Expertise - you understand how to build, launch, and troubleshoot digital campaigns across different DSP platforms, using features to meet campaign goals effectively. It also means you can adapt strategies to platform strengths and resolve basic technical issues.
- Critical and strategic thinking – you can connect campaign execution to broader client goals, assess KPIs critically, and design multi-channel strategies that align with business needs.
- Data reporting and analytical skills - you can gather, interpret, and explain campaign data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
- Presentation skills - you can clearly and persuasively share campaign results and strategies, using visual storytelling and minimal text to engage your audience.
