Your main tasks will be:
- Prepare and update methodological materials for consultation centers on measures financed by the Social Climate Fund
- Provide methodological assistance to consultation center employees in the area of housing renovation (modernization) financing from the Social Climate Fund
- Organize and conduct training for residents and specialists working with them
- Prepare model investment plans for apartment buildings and consult owners of single-family homes on the preparation of applications
- Organize expert events and dissemination of good practices for residents, municipal representatives and administrators of apartment buildings
- Provide methodological assistance in administering design, construction contracting, design and contracting, and technical maintenance and expertise contracts
- Participate in meetings of residents and other housing sector participants on the implementation of apartment building renovation (modernization) projects
We hope you:
- You have at least a university or college degree
- You have at least 3 years of work experience in preparing, implementing or supervising projects financed by the state budget, EU or other international financial instruments
- You have a valid category B driver's license
