We are looking for a programmer to develop and improve the company's IT solutions, maintain information systems and their integrations. In this position, you will contribute to the automation of business processes, data management, and smooth operation of systems.

Your responsibilities:
- develop, improve and maintain the company's internal business management system
- develop the existing software code, ensure its quality, stability and continuity of the work started
- create new system modules, reports and business process automation solutions
- create, improve and maintain ERP system integrations with other systems used in the company
- analyze business needs and propose solutions for ERP system modernization and operational process efficiency
What do we expect from you:
- higher education in technology or physical sciences
- at least 1 year of experience working with databases (SQL, Oracle or other)
- knowledge of business processes and ability to administer VVS/ERP and other company technologies and programs
- good skills in working with office programs
- good knowledge of Lithuanian and English in writing and speaking (English B1/B2 level)
- effective communication, receptiveness to innovations and ability to apply acquired knowledge in practice
- analytical thinking, ability to make decisions quickly and plan your time
