We are looking for a Project Development Assistant to support the production team in the day-to-day development of collections — from initial concept to final production.
We are looking for a Project Development Assistant to support the production team in the day-to-day development of collections — from initial concept to final production.
Key responsibilities:
- Track and coordinate collection development processes
- Assist in production-related tasks and supplier communication
- Organize and attend fittings
- Support pricing calculations and product descriptions
- Collaborate closely with the design team
- Assist with trade fairs, meetings, and ongoing projects
This is an on-site position (not remote).
Requirements:
- English proficiency: C1–C2 level
- Native Lithuanian speaker
- Strong Excel skills
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
