Key responsibilities
- Prepare documentation for contractor and supplier tenders (technical specifications/scopes of work, offer comparison tables).
- Take minutes in project meetings and follow up on the implementation of agreed decisions.
- Coordinate day-to-day work organization topics and ensure tasks are delivered as planned.
- Register and monitor project invoices, contracts, and other project documentation.
- Support project managers with daily project tasks and operational problem-solving.
Main requirements
- A construction/engineering-related education.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Relevant experience in construction or real estate project delivery/implementation.
- Fluent Lithuanian, good written and spoken English languages.
- Strong time management and planning skills to deliver commitments on time and to a high standard.
