Project Manager

We are seeking an execution-driven and structured Project Manager to join our EMT site in Lithuania. This role will serve as the core driver for upcoming strategic New Product Development (NPD) initiatives while overseeing critical product sustaining and upgrading projects. Acting as the vital bridge connecting Product Management, R&D, Manufacturing, QA/RA, and Commercial teams, ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in strict compliance with medical device regulatory and quality standards.

• End-to-End NPD Project Execution: Lead new product development initiatives through the full lifecycle, from project charter initiation (Gate 0) through verification and validation (V&V), design transfer, and commercial launch.
  
• Site Project Portfolio Management: Oversee and drive sustaining, engineering change, and product upgrade projects across the EMT site, balancing resource priorities and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
  
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Facilitate alignment and operational synergy across Product Management, R&D, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, QA/RA, and Commercial teams to lock down scopes, deliverables, and timelines.
  
• Risk & Gate Governance: Proactively identify project risks (schedule, cost, engineering, compliance) and build mitigation plans; rigorously enforce Phase-Gate reviews and prepare executive-level deliverables for leadership sign-off.
  
• Compliance & DHF Ownership: Collaborate with QA/RA to ensure design history files (DHF), technical documentation, and design transfer records comply with medical device regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, MDR).

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Biomedical, Technical Management, or a related field.
  
• Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with strong cross-cultural communication abilities.
  
• Strong structured thinking, organizational skills, and the agility to navigate a fast-paced manufacturing and R&D environment.
  

Experience Levels (Open to Mid/Senior and High-Potential Candidates):

Mid / Senior Level Candidates:

• 5+ years of cross-functional project management experience, preferably in medical devices, complex electromechanical equipment, or hardware manufacturing.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing Stage-Gate / Phase-Gate processes and collaborating closely with Product Management and Operations.
  
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
  

Junior / Developing Candidates:

• 3+ years of working experience in project coordination, engineering, product management, or manufacturing roles, with a clear focus on cross-functional project management.
  

Strong analytical mindset, process discipline, and proven problem-solving ability.
