Our ultrasonic water and heat meters have successfully reached global markets, and we have ambitious plans for the year ahead. To help us achieve them, we are looking for a unique personality with excellent project management skills to join our RnD team and contribute to projects involving the development, implementation, and enhancement of our products. 🚀
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the execution of RnD projects related to the development of new products as well as modifications and improvements to existing products.

You will be responsible for the following projects:
- Preparation, maintenance and updating of project plans;
- Management of project timelines, scope, budget and risks;
- Coordination of project teams, delegation of tasks and alignment of priorities;
- Regular tracking of project status and communication with the team and management;
- Identification of problems, initiation of solutions and escalation when needed;
- Participation in the improvement of project management processes and practices.

Salary
From 4000 to 4900 €/month gross
Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
- Project management experience and the ability to support it with real examples of implemented projects;
- Good planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills;
- Technical / engineering mindset and understanding of product development, electronics, mechanics or manufacturing processes;
- Ability to work with specialists from different areas, manage priorities and risks;
- Good English language skills, both spoken and written, for working with technical / project documentation, suppliers, partners and internal communication;
- Experience with MS Project or another project planning tool would be an advantage;
- Understanding of project management methods, e.g. PMBOK, Agile, Stage-Gate or similar methods, would be an advantage;
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering or product development company would be a strong advantage.
