Your main responsibilities will be:

VMG Lignum Systems develops engineered wood (prefab) construction solutions for new construction and panel renovation projects in Lithuania and international markets. Projects are implemented using modern manufacturing solutions and automated processes, therefore the solutions developed become real construction projects. We are currently inviting a Design Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for organizing the activities of the design team, coordinating projects and ensuring quality.

Planning, organizing and coordinating the work of the design team;
Controlling design deadlines and ensuring timely project implementation;
Evaluating, coordinating and approving design and structural solutions;
Effective cooperation with clients, architects, contractors and other project partners;
Consulting the team on technical issues and assisting in solving more complex design tasks;
Ensuring compliance with design quality standards;
Analysis of design processes and increasing their efficiency;
Participation in making strategic technical decisions and developing design activities.

To succeed in this position you will need:

Higher or higher education in civil engineering;
Experience in leading a design team or coordinating design projects;
Knowledge of structural design processes and technical solutions;
Ability to plan work, prioritize tasks and ensure the achievement of results;
Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills;
Responsible attitude to work and leadership competencies.

Salary

4600-6000 €/mon. gross
Specific salary will be discussed during the interview, taking into account the candidate's competencies and experience.
