We are looking for a design team leader with experience in power engineering design and the ability to lead a team and coordinate the development of solar power plants, BESS, and other power engineering projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the design team and coordinate its work;
- Plan and control the development and deadlines of projects;
- Analyze technical tasks and monitor design solutions;
- Coordinate project coordination with clients and other stakeholders;
- Resolve technical issues arising during projects.
What to expect:
- Higher technical/engineering education;
- At least 2 years of managerial experience;
- Experience in designing E, ER, PVA, SP, SK, BD and/or 110 kV electrical networks and electrical energy facilities;
- Ability to make independent decisions and coordinate a team;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Knowledge of English, both oral and written.
Advantage – experience in designing:
- Solar power plants;
- BESS / energy storage systems;
- Electrical networks, substations and 110 kV electrical energy facilities.
